MEA Webinar: Nerves of Steel - Taking Action in the Face of Uncertainty
Leading in the face of uncertainty is hard. Overcoming fear, making decisions without all of the facts and inspiring others to follow takes guts. Our teams look to us to be brave in the face of change and it's easy for them to disengage when we're not.
In this webinar, Julia covers the different ways we show up as leaders when faced with uncertainty. From our own desires to bury and ignore where we are, to taking action, being brave and inspiring others. She will step through how to get clarity, build confidence and inspire others to commit to the way forward too.
Join us to learn:
- how to recognise your own response to uncertainty, change and disruption;
- how this influences the way you lead and show up; and
- how to shift yourself from command and control, to calm and control.
