NT PD: Re-thinking Leadership in 2021
NORTHERN TERRITORY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SESSION
As 2021 unfolds and we head through COVID recovery, leaders in the events sector need to change their leadership style with a new set of capabilities to respond to a rapidly changing business environment. This session looks at three key trends event professionals can leverage, as leaders, for the next 12 months and beyond.
There are three key trends:
1. Become more agile: Your ability to adapt is vital, especially as we move through the recovery phase of COVID-19. Having the right mindset and right strategies to embrace change and lead innovation are more important than ever.
2. Become more sustainably and responsibly aware: Not just environmentally, but socially, resourcefully, strategically, and financially.
3. Communicate with impact: You will need to truly connect with what is important to your employees, customers, community, and stakeholders.
