We are seeking an experienced, professional, and dynamic Event Producer to initiate and deliver a diverse portfolio of corporate events.

Based in our Martin Place (Sydney CBD) Headquarters, you will work closely with Lateral's Senior Event Producers, Event Managers and Coordinators to manage deadlines, budgets and the event delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

·       Holistic management of key corporate events, end-to-end, across a variety of industries;

·       Design of corporate event experiences, including conferences and incentives;

·       Management of event production, deadlines and budgets;

·       Development and maintenance of relationships with key clients and suppliers;

·       Negotiation of supplier contracts and ensuring fulfilment;

·       Hosting and supporting key talent for various events;

·       Upholding the Lateral standards in every event delivered.

To be successful you must have:

·       A minimum of five years corporate Event Management experience; 

·       Experience working in business-to-business events – particularly conferences with exhibition elements;

·       Extensive understanding of and experience using Events Air;

·       A knowledge and understanding of conference venues in and around Australia;

·       Ability to concurrently work on multiple projects and balance competing deadlines;

·       Excellent attention to detail;

·       Excellent written, communication and time management skills;

·       Experience in writing tender responses will be highly regarded.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Travel will be required as well as the ability and willingness to work out-of-standard hours from time to time.
