TPM Events is seeking an experienced and talented administrative professional to fill the position of Events Administration Assistant within our Event Planning team.
Reporting to Event Director, this role requires a self-starting individual who can utilise their extensive administration skillset to provide exceptional support to our event planning team.
Client Management and administration coordination
Answering phones and client enquiries for events
Replying to email and event enquiries
Coordinating client sponsors and exhibition partners
Assisting with planning of events
You will succeed in this role if you have exceptional administrative skills, time management and organisational skills, driven passion in providing exceptional customer service and the ability to work in a face paced environment. You will enjoy being part of a team that delivers a diverse range of exceptional conferences and exhibitions on an annual basis. The nature of this role is very hands on and may involve some onsite work or travel.
Full time (4 days in Castle Hill office, 1 day remote)
